Gourds often referred to as "natures pottery" was early man's first containers and still used around the world today to carry and store food and liquids. Fine art gourds are used for decorative purposes or functionally used for bowls, dried flower arrangements, as candle holders and containers. All of my decorative gourds are created with acrylic mediums and protected with UV protectant acrylic spray finishes.
